Trash Collection 

Trash is picked up on Mondays. Recycle is picked up on Friday. 

Water and Sewer 

Polk County Water Utilities is the Department that services the property. Lots 1-254 (Phase 1); water is included in maintenance fee Lots 255-400 (Phase 2); each lot is metered and owner pays for water Homeowners are responsible for utilities

Association Fees

The Association fees include Property Management and  Common Area Maintenance.
