About Us
Located along route 27 bearing Old Lake Davenport, International Bass Lake Resort HOA is an established community of 398 single-family homes located a few miles northwest of I-4 in Davenport, Florida which is part of Polk County. With immediate proximity to Downtown Orlando and easy access to Tampa and Daytona, International Bass Lake Resort homeowners are close to a variety of public and private amenities or activities including world-renowned theme parks, sports arenas, shopping, arts and dining.
